What is Think and Thin LIVE?

It’s a 2 ½ day INTENSE event where we dive deep to permanently change and upgrade your brain.

Sunconscious Blocks

This woman's weight set point is high. She feels hungry all the time.

She gets triggered by people and events often, feels anxious and overwhelmed easily and uses snacking (and alcohol) to soothe herself and change her mood.

She doesn't feel good about herself, so she won't socialize very much and has low self-esteem.

She doesn't want to be intimate with her partner; if she's single, she doesn't date and uses food to mask these feelings.

Sunconscious Blocks

This woman's set point is still high, but she uses diet and exercise to keep her weight down, she's always trying to be "good", but she's constantly thinking about food.

When she eats pleasurable food like chocolate or pizza, she feels guilty about it which causes her to binge eat.

This cycle can last 1 day to 1-2 months. Once she's had enough, she gets back on track with diet and exercise but only for a little while until she "blows it" again... and then the cycle repeats.

She is always fighting against her subconscious blocks; she has to work harder then the average person to get results. She's usually fluctuating 5-20 pounds or more.

Sunconscious Blocks

This woman's body weight is at her natural set point. Since she's used tapping to clear out her trauma, she rarely gets triggered.

She doesn't think about food until her body is hungry. The hunger cues come on slowly, she eats when she's hungry, stops when she's full.

She enjoys foods like pizza and chocolate on occasion, guilt-free and does not gain weight. Food does not rule her life; she eats whole, healthy foods most of the time.

She exercises regularly, because she loves it, not because she's trying to keep her weight down.

She feels confident throughout the day no matter what type of environment she's in. She's free from anxiety and emotional eating.

She speaks nicely and likes how she looks (not because she has the perfect body) because she's at peace with herself and her body.

How is Think and Thin LIVE different from other events I've gone to?

In this event, we actually focus on doing the HEALING work, rather than just show you slides and teach you things you probably already know.

How is this different from Think and Thin Advanced? Or the Coaching Certification?

We will be using some of the classic core techniques like ball of light and echo tapping, but as I stated in the curriculum, there are some techniques that are brand new that even the Advanced and Coaching Certification students haven't experienced yet. There’s always more layers when you’re on a healing path… and the goal of Think and Thin LIVE is to get you OFF that path as quickly as possible. I will be intentionally putting you in situations that will trigger you. This will allow you to HEAL in the deepest sense. These are things I can’t do over the phone or with the computer.

What if I’m new to tapping?

If you’re new or you’ve been tapping forever, all you have to do is follow along. Show up, tap along, get results. Tapping is a release mechanism, you can’t do it wrong. It’s not like you’re going to tap and then have more cravings because you did it wrong. You just need to find the right things to tap on and that’s what we’ll be doing with the advanced techniques I created for a LIVE setting.
